Temple Newsam Golf Club

Temple Newsam boasts 2 demanding 18 hole courses set in undulating parkland. The fairways are generous and often inviting but beware the natural hazards, including trees on most holes and streams that come into play on 8 of the 36 holes.

The Lord Irwin is marginally the longer of the 2 courses and arguably, the more difficult.

The Lady Dorothy course is slightly shorter but presents demanding par 4 holes to the start and finish of the round. The par 3’s are less demanding than those on the Lord Irwin but it’s two par 5’s are longer.
