The first tee is situated next to the driveway into the golf club. A good drive is needed if the second shot is to have a chance of reaching the green.

The right hand side of the fairway is tree lined all the way to the green.

Anything less than a good drive requires the second shot to be laid up short of a stream, which runs through a valley in front of the green.

The green itself is slightly lower than the fairway but the valley and stream give it the appearance of being elevated.

Guarded by bunkers front right and at the left side the green has a rise to the back left corner.
