The tee shot is played from an avenue of trees. The hole, being quite short and downhill, will see a good drive very close to, or on the green on a good day.

A wayward tee shot may prove fatal as deep rough and trees are prevalent to both sides of the fairway.

A large bunker protects the front right hand side of the green, making an approach from that side more difficult.
